Erin Williams received her MFA from Virginia Commonwealth
University in Material Studies / Sculpture and her BFA from Syracuse University
in Metalsmithing. She has worked as a senior lecturer in Metalsmithing /
Jewelry at the University of the Arts and Moore College of Art in Philadelphia, PA; and as an Adjunct Professor in Jewelry / Metalsmithing at VCU.
She currently works as an administrator in the Undergraduate Fine Arts Department
at the University of Pennsylvania. Previously, she coordinated the Graduate Programs of Museum Studies, Fine Art and
Book Arts / Printmaking at the University of the Arts. She additionally
works as an artist in Philadelphia and has had solo exhibitions at the Anderson Gallery in
Richmond, VA, and the Arlington Art Center, in Arlington VA. Her work has
been exhibited at the Philadelphia Art Alliance; Delaware Center for
Contemporary Art, Wilmington DE; Art Space, Raleigh NC; Travers Gallery, Seattle, WA; among others.
